This New Windsor site is being transformed from a section with one existing residence into a boutique development of four brand new townhouses. Work commenced late in 2019 and was completed in June 2020, as scheduled.

The plan combines a pair of three-storey townhouses with four double bedrooms and a second pair of two-storey buildings with three double bedrooms. The design features metal long-run roofing and premium James Hardie cladding, which in turn is a mix of Linea weather board and Stria cladding.
