Bennie Builders is a privately-owned company situated in Arrowtown and run by James and Mia. Projects include award winning private residences, small subdivisions, shop fit outs, large and small renovations and outdoor areas. 


What makes us different; Bennie Builders is unique to other building firms as it has two workflows. Firstly, where we finish works for clients and the second we design and construct our own properties to sell. This secondary work flow gives us the advantage of understanding what is vital to our clients as we are the client. We appreciate the importance to keeping to a budget and avoiding overruns and ensuring that the project is finished on time. Another advantage of our mixed structure is that we have a "store" of work capacity that we can divert from our own projects and used to excel progress on your build when needed.

Regardless of whether a build is a multimillion dollar project or a modest build we apply the same level of workmanship and personal eye to detail. Our boutique structure means that responsibility for quality isn’t delegated out and not monitored. Mistakes cost money for both the client and Bennie Builders so we try our utmost to do it once and do it right the first me. Our structure means that our clients consistently have a two person check at each stage of the project. First with the foreman of the site who is on the job 100% and whose work performance is measured against the success of the project and secondly with James’ supervision and personal monitoring to ensure the quality of Bennie Builders projects are maintained.
