Newly completed two-storey modern dwelling featuring a custom kitchen, separate scullery, personalized bathrooms, and a unique mix of cladding materials, designed to reflect the clients' lifestyle and preferences.
Japan Homes Auckland, a competent master builder, has recently completed a new two-story modern dwelling for a client's family. During the design process, the team at Japan Homes engaged extensively with the clients to thoroughly understand their needs and preferences. This allowed them to finalize the material and fitting specifications for the home, ensuring that even the most minute details were tailored to the clients' daily routines and lifestyle.
The new home features a modern kitchen equipped with a custom-designed stone benchtop and cabinetry. Additionally, the property includes a separate scullery, serving as a functional and stylish wet kitchen area. Thoughtful design elements, such as designated display niches, have been incorporated throughout the living spaces to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.
All bathrooms within the dwelling have been fitted with tiles and fixtures carefully selected by the clients, reflecting their personal style and preferences. The external façade showcases a mix-and-match of different cladding materials, creating a cozy and homely atmosphere.
Japan Homes is immensely proud of this new masterpiece and looks forward to the opportunity to collaborate with future clients in bringing their dream homes to life. Interested individuals are encouraged to reach out to the team at Japan Homes Auckland to embark on their own personalized home-building journey.
