This project is split into two dwellings. Each comprised of four bedrooms, family room, kitchen/living/dining, and cinema room. For each dwelling we supplied and installed a 2 x VRV Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump System which includes one 2 x Side discharge outdoor condenser units connected each to 5 x individual indoor fan coil units. Each Indoor fan coil unit operates separately via its own wired controller.

Benefits of a VRV system include:

1. Energy Efficiency: VRV systems are highly energy-efficient, as they only use the exact amount of energy required and eliminate energy loss through ductwork

2. Zoning and Individual Control: VRV systems allow for individual temperature control in each room or zone

3. Flexibility: VRV systems offer greater flexibility in design and layout, as they don't require bulky ductwork, making them suitable for retrofitting or spaces where ductwork isn't feasible.

4. Improved Indoor Air Quality: The absence of air ducts in VRV systems means less dust, debris, and other contaminants are distributed throughout the building, improving indoor air quality.

5. Smartphone Control: VRV systems offer smartphone-based control, allowing users to manage the system remotely.

6. Simultaneous Heating and Cooling: VRV Heat Recovery systems can heat and cool different zones simultaneously, offering unmatched customization and flexibility in indoor climate control.

7. Wide Range of Cooling/heating Capacity : VRV systems have cooling capacity ranging from approximately 12 kw up t to more than 100 kw which make this system ideal for High end homes
