Located in the exclusive bayside suburb of Gymea Bay is Arcadia Duplex. A place of affluent tree top and valley views.
The owner simply wanted to embrace the ceiling heights by large scale openings and windows that cross flowed the interior and exterior as one and gave the home the architectural coastal look the owners desired, while still maximising energy efficiency with the choice of materials.
There was no doubt in choosing Coastline Architectural Windows to fulfil the requirements as the brief was right down their alley of specialisation.
The Series 759 ComfortEDGE™ Sliding Doors allowed the outdoor deck to flow seamlessly into the open plan kitchen and dining space. The additional slim fixed lights above the doors adds a touch of architecture increasing the views of the blue skyline and natural sun shine.
GUD Studios decision to install Series 424 Double Glazed Fixed Lights adjacent to the floating staircase to the upper level of the home allow morning arrays to naturally warm and light up both levels with comfort. This design is also carried and paired flawlessly with full length sheer curtains on all windows to merge the inner outdoors.
GUD Studio along side Coastline not only created a visually architectural appealing home that blew away the clients expectations but the quality of the windows and doors left a mark on builders, McAvoy Constructions.
