Construction of Sydney's first distilling company since 1853, featuring a state-of-the-art distillery and a vibrant bar with a V.I.P Mezzanine, designed in collaboration with Acme & Co. for exceptional quality and architectural intent.
Calida was commissioned to undertake the construction of the new Archie Rose Distilling Co. in Rosebery NSW.
Archie Rose is the first distilling company to serve the city of Sydney since 1853.
The project consists of a distillery, where the production of alcohol occurs, and a bar, where the creations of the distillery can be sampled along with a wide variety of alcohol and cocktails.
The bar also features a V.I.P Mezzanine area for private functions and tastings.
Calida worked closely with architects Acme & Co. to ensure a high level of quality and architectural intent in conjunction with the coordination of services required in a complex project such as this.
