Langsford & Ogle took on this 1970's brick and tile home to give it a massive facelift after it was re located to its new home.  About the Project The Langsford & Ogle team took this tired old home and gave it energy, warmth, personality and a much needed refresh. The stunning Rimu native timer floors where reinstated throughout the home and finished with a white wash seal. The exterior was completely re cladded with Abodo Wood Vulcan cladding, new coloursteel roof was installed and all new APL double glassed low e joinery replaced the old wooden joinery. Bathroom, kitchen and laundry re configuration and upgrades have also lifted this homes appeal. The Mastercraft fireplace has created a cosy feel as well as the Jetmaster Quadro, outdoor cooking fire in the alfresco area. Custom blackened steal surround the exterior fire place and built in shelving.  The Kwila deck wraps around to create an essential indoor/outdoor flow for this home, dropping down to a custom built fire pit with custom kwila seating.  The pool has been completed with Kwila decking and concrete surrounds with a bagged brick wall to create privacy.  Custom Features - American Oak vanities - Chard Japanese Cedar master bed wall - Custom lacquered kitchen carpentry - Custom blackened steel splashback - Custom design and build kwila firepit
