Asuwere
Asuwere is a menswear clothing subscription, delivering wardrobe essentials to time-poor men each month.
Founded by brothers Noah & Sam Hickey, the brand has an active focus on engaging with their community - and needed a space from which they can host their 'Clubroom' style sessions.
Wonder was approached to design & fit out their flagship experience centre in Commercial Bay, Auckland City.
Inspired by the dream 'walk-in-wardrove', the interior is immaculately curated to suggest how organised your life might become as an Asuwere member.
Small, but perfectly formed.
Stripping out everything unneccessary intenionally communicated the Asuwere ethos of a simple lifestyle, free of decision-making fatigue.
Wonder worked with local lighting designer, Oddthing, on a series of bespoke pendant lights. Pictured below is 'The Little Light' finished custom for Asuwere.
Tactfully integrated signage builds on the simplicity of the interior.
Small moments of discovery are embedded throughout the space, allowing the subtle tongue-in-cheek tone of the brand to push through.
