Armelle Habib's stunning Bank Studio was completed in 2019 with the help of Resident Avenue and designer Jessica Bettenay. Armelle decided to go with Jessica because of her aesthetic and her ability to layer texture. As Armelle put it, “I love Jess’ eclectic use of materials and how she layers texture, which is what I wanted here. We’ve got the terrazzo, the leather handles, concrete floor and the black steel mirror.”

Jessica's idea to use the stunning terrazzo slabs from Signorino was a hit with Armelle who was looking for something green. The pair then workshopped the paint colours, taking inspiration from British film director Peter Greenaway's 1989 movie The Cook, The Thief, His Wife & Her Lover. The result is a unique and beautiful space that is sure to be a hit.
