Bell Ave Residence
The site is located in the Central Otago town of Cromwell. The brief was to create a contemporary home that took advantage of the lake views. A mono pitched box style home was decided upon and the challenge was to capture as much of the lake views as possible.
The home features clean lined metal tray waterfall roof and walls wrapping over natural vertical cedar with features of plaster box’s amalgamating to form a modern home that blends into the Central Otago surroundings
