The House is a Bach in Omaha with approximately 188 sqm .
It was designed to have an open garden area in the north and internal courtyard in the west to have a very good light & cross ventilation in the main living/dining area. Bedrooms are mainly kept in East and West of the opening. With a separate single garage to obscure the internal courtyard in the west. The house has a simple design with a clear define internal spaces to have ample of light and ventilation to keep cool in summer and warm in winters.
