Daycare Center at Wai O Taiki: A thoughtfully designed facility that integrates with its residential surroundings, featuring creative play areas that promote interaction with the streetscape while ensuring safety and security for the children and staff.
As a tight site in a residential zone; the challenge was to create a daycare center for the growing local community; and care taken to merge with the surroundings.
Emphasis was given to creative play areas with interaction to its street scape but also keeping safe and secure for the users of building.
