Building a dream home doesn’t need to unexpectedly break the bank. The owners of a tired villa near Eden Park wanted to feel confident about cost and a no surprises policy during their project. Kwanto came on board early and worked closely with the client and architects to keep the budget in check.
The villa was kept for renovation and a significant extension with architectural features added to create a comfortable family home. Kwanto provided cost estimates at both concept and detailed design stages so the client knew what they were up for and could arrange funding. During the construction stage we reviewed and approved monthly payment claims and provided contract administration services. This allowed the client to get on with what they do with peace of mind that their project was kept on track.
