Burberry Ridge

Built into the hills to capture the morning sun, Burberry Ridge is a striking modern home designed by Dravitzki Brown Architecture and brought to life by Maulder Builders. Spanning 513 sqm, its sleek architecture balances expansive views with the practical comforts of low-maintenance living, easy security and lock-up-and-leave freedom.  Two bedrooms anchor opposite ends of the home, leaving the spaces between dedicated to open-plan living and effortless indoor-outdoor entertaining. A grand foyer reveals a glass-walled wine cellar, a soaring stone wall and a lift discreetly concealed behind cedar batten detailing. Outside, a gas fireplace and built-in BBQ create an inviting entertaining area, where eight sliding door panels open to the landscape or close to form a sheltered room.  Bold cantilevers and an expansive glazed frontage give the home its distinctive presence. Behind these clean lines, rigorous seismic engineering and carefully executed construction make the architectural ambition possible — a reflection of Maulder Builders’ attention to both the visible details and the essential work hidden beneath them.
