With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, beautifully appointed kitchen and great flow to the pool and BBQ for entertaining, Linecrest Homes ensured this build made family living easy.
Style and simplicity guide the main bathroom with its feature window, deep bath and a power shower towards a retreat like experience. To ensure the increased volume of water from the power shower was drained effectively, a JESANI® shower channel was specified.
With the threshold shower channel running the width of the room to capture the shower water and ensure any accidental overflows from the bath would also be contained, the owners selected a tile insert finish to match the surrounding tiles. The result is an almost invisible JESANI® shower drain spanning 2500 mm in length. with a built-in fall to the outlet at one end.
As we often do, the tile insert was made after Sam from Nelson Tiling had finished laying the entire bathroom. This option ensures the tile insert fits perfectly to suit the tiles rather than the tiler having to adjust the layout or have a thicker grout line.
Moving to the master bathroom, the JESANI® wall mounted linear shower channel has a black powder coated grill to compliment the modern aesthetic.
