Capitol, Bondi Junction

Completed in 2016, Capitol is one of the new generation mixed-use buildings located in the heart of Bondi Junction, near public transport and the Westfield shopping centre. Capitol was the 2017 winner of the Urban Development Industry Australia's award for Development Excellence for High-Rise City Apartments. The initial offering was so popular that all apartments were exchanged within the first day of its public launch
It is a striking 20-storey building comprising of 100 apartments and ground-floor retail. The majority of the apartments have excellent views of the CBD, Sydney Harbour, and beaches. Dickson Rothschild successfully led the development application and construction documentation of the project, and also played a key role in the Land and Environment Court to secure additional floor space and 10 affordable housing apartments.
