The One is a striking 11-storey residential building in the rapidly growing urban centre of Hurstville, south of Sydney. The design is light, spacious and grand, and The One seeks to offer more sophisticated and higher quality apartment living than typically exists in inner suburban areas of Sydney today.Each apartment is generous, with oversized balconies and floor to ceiling glass windows to capture the excellent views of the Bay, CBD and the mountains. There is a large entry lobby featuring fishponds and opulent finishes, and an attractive roof garden.
