Paddington House
An expansion of a grand terrace manor located in popular inner-city Paddington with lovely north-facing aspects and rear lane parking.
Dickson Rothschild revised an original scheme to further enlarge the kitchen to face the garden, and to add an internal lift, so as to lift the market value of an already good asset. High-quality computer-generated images were also produced for possible sale.
The development application was consented with full support of Council in 2019.
