In 2020, the well-loved Caringbah Tradies underwent a major redevelopment. The project comprised a four-level major refurbishment which ranged from all new food and beverage facilities (including 3 different bars and a main kitchen), function rooms, amenities, kids’ clubs, indoor/outdoor gaming areas as well as a new lobby.

Calida also transformed the building envelope with a brand-new façade, comprising of glass and a state-of-the-art aluminium batten system. The design incorporated many environmentally friendly initiatives including green walls, recycled materials, construction waste recycling as well as ecologically efficient building services. With this incorporation, Calida was able to proudly achieve a 4-Star Green Star Rating for the project. In order to do so Calida collaborated with PTW Architects, as well as Pure Projects, to successfully deliver a quality project for everyone involved.
