The Catalina Bay Apartments are a new-build on a prime piece of waterfront land at the northernmost tip of Hobsonville Point.
Around 100 staff are working on the project, with up to 250 expected on site as it reaches full capacity. The 73 apartments and nine townhouses will provide great views of Waitemata Harbour. They are spacious and individually designed with a range of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom options.

The interiors will be finished to the highest quality and the brick and corten-coloured aluminium cladding will be a real feature.
