About
Our clients made the decision to downsize, but they didn’t want to sacrifice quality, comfort, or style. They found an ideally located apartment in the heart of the city — private, with serene views over the Avon River. While the existing space was uninspiring, they saw an opportunity to create a home that was both functional and luxurious. From the outset, we engaged in detailed conversations to unpack their vision and define what “downsizing without compromise” truly meant to them. We wanted to transform how the home felt to live in - balancing function and flow, atmosphere and practicality. With a compact footprint and fixed infrastructure, the challenge was to create a high-spec, tailored home that maximised spatial efficiency and reflected their personal taste.
