Cosy Alpine Timber Home featuring a unique 'Manapouri' design, built with sustainably sourced New Zealand timber, offering warmth and durability in Hanmer Springs' climate, with earthquake-resistant features and low maintenance requirements.
Overlooking Hanmer Springs, this 'Manapouri' design is right at home in the alpine township amongst plenty of other timber homes by Fraemohs. Naturally warm, dry and healthy which is great for the cool winters and hot summers Hanmer is known for, it's also earthquake proof because of the interlocking timber system so is a reassuring choice in this earthquake prone area.
Comprised of two distinct pods, it can be built at separate times as an option. Low maintenance and built entirely of sustainably grown New Zealand timber, it is a carbon negative home.
