Countdown Richmond, Nelson - TMCo has completed the hydraulic services for this project and Green Star, including assisting the mechanical engineers with plant selection and energy modelling. The development also includes a pharmacy, commercial and retail. TMCo also assisted with Green Star – to be NZ’s first Green Star rated supermarket.

Countdown Waiata Shore, Manurewa, Auckland - TMCo has completed the hydraulic services for this project and Green Star, including assisting the mechanical engineers with plant selection and energy modelling. The development also includes a pharmacy, commercial and retail.

Countdown Lincoln, Canterbury - TMCo has been engaged to complete the fire safety and fire protection engineering for this project. The development also includes a pharmacy, commercial and retail.

Countdown, Ashburton - TMCo completed a structural repair methodology report for repairs to damaged precast concrete walls, concrete slabs and footings at the Countdown building

Countdown Moorhouse Ave, Christchurch - Supermarket on the ground floor with an adjacent food court and pharmacy tenancies also housed on the ground floor.  The Countdown tenancy reduced in size, allowing for the construction of new retail and hospitality tenancies.
