With views to the north over the Kaiapoi Golf Course, it was a no brainer to ensure we incorporated ample glazing and access to the outdoors into this design. The open plan living/dining, separate lounge, and one of the three bedrooms on the ground floor open up onto a sundrenched deck, with a covered balcony from the master suite on the first floor.
