Materials and details reflect the Waikato context: warm kōkōwai tones echo natural clay pigments found in local gully systems, while Hinuera stone-inspired tiles reference the texture of the riverbanks. Custom glass graphics and wayfinding throughout the space draw from the flow of the river, and meeting rooms are named after native flora and fauna found along its edge—each paired with bespoke artwork and photography to embed the narrative in a tangible way.
