Domain Road

Website

This 1910’s period villa was given a new lease on life, washed with crisp whites, soft greys, light oak and brushed brass, now exuding a fresh contemporary feel.

The Home
From the original character filled villa through to the contemporary open plan extension, the home blends the more classic oak flooring and subway tiles with luxurious honed Italian marble and brass fittings. Full height ceilings through to the extension blend the spaces together.

Kitchen
The kitchen is sleek and elegant with seamless Corian benchtops, satin brass detailing and handleless drawer fronts. The honed marble splashback adds character and ‘art’ to the otherwise, minimalist space. Maximising functional spaces and storage requirements the laundry and scullery are combined, creating large open workspaces. A touch of brass to the lower open shelf references back into the kitchen detailing, while subway tiles follow the style of bathrooms.

Bathroom
Crisp and clean, finished with custom lacquered cabinetry and marble benchtops.  Soft grey tiles and white finishes create a classic and sophisticated look, in keeping with the rest of the renovation. Subway tiles nod back to the era of the property, finishing at a traditional timber railing.
