The reworking of this 1920’s villa seamlessly integrates modern functionality with the best of villa character. The kitchen and living spaces have a much-improved connection to the generous covered outdoor entertaining space, overlooking an inground pool. Privacy to the exterior entertaining deck was achieved with louvre panels to both the neighbouring and street facing edges. An excavation beneath the home has created a large double garage complete with workshop space (off street parking being hard to come by in this suburb) well appointed laundry, and a secluded 4th bedroom.
