Project team
A striking departure from traditional Epuni Street villas, this home showcases raw materials as finished surfaces, harmoniously integrating the clients' unique artefacts to enhance the streetscape with rich color and texture.
Judges commented, “Breaking away from the surrounding traditional Epuni Street villas, this house creates a dramatic contrast in the streetscape. Raw materials are expressed as finished surfaces throughout. The clients’ unique artefacts are thoughtfully integrated into the building fabric, offering richness in colour and texture to dramatic effect.”
