Snug & Sunny

We’re excited to introduce this contemporary family home, completed in 2024, which blends sleek design with a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. The building’s striking black and white exterior is made even more eye-catching with a series of low-pitched monopitched roofs, creating a modern silhouette that fits effortlessly into its urban surroundings. To keep things interesting, the roofline is broken up with membrane roofs and sun canopies, adding both visual appeal and practical shade during those sunny days.  The overall vibe is clean, simple, and functional, perfect for modern family living. The design plays with contrasts and textures, giving the home a bold yet welcoming feel. It’s all about making the most of the space and light, with a contemporary edge that really stands out in the neighbourhood.
