Relocation to new build 800m2 office and 3,000m2 industrial premises at Northgate, Horotiu. Our role encompassed a variety of services from development advisory services, options assessments, and negotiation of development and lease agreements, project management of GEA’s fit out works, FF&E Management, and relocation of both warehouse operations and office units.

Management of the GEA FF&E was a mix of reuse and new purchases. GEA chose to keep all their existing sit to stand desks that were relatively new, with all additional items sourced new from various suppliers. All soft wiring to the desks was replaced and installed. We ultimately worked with several suppliers to achieve the look and feel that they wanted and delivered this on budget. We worked on an early procurement strategy to ensure that items were available in accordance with programme.
