This project was a large scale, full home renovation in St. Heliers. It was probably the most complicated renovations we have completed to date, and was quite different to the usual character homes we complete, being a more modern concrete and brick style home.

The project involved the propping off the existing home, a huge amount of footings and steel work, and stitching new elements with the existing home. Due to the amount of floor level changes throughout the home and a large amount of structural steel work, this increased the complexity of the project.

The roof lines of the main home and garage were also reasonably complex with multiple angles, cantilevered soffits with skylights, a lot of brick work involving full brickwork and brick slips tying the home together.

There were many intricate internal / external details throughout the construction of this property along with a very high internal finishing standard. Externally, the clients are still to finish off the landscaping for the final touches, so stay tuned on how this project wraps up.
