Beautiful Full Home Renovation of this 1900's Villa in Freeman's Bay
We had the pleasure of working on this lovely home several years ago on a smaller scale, since then it has been sold and the new owner approached us to continue the work. Our team did a full restoration, making sure we keep the heart of this classical villa, while incorporating some modern and funky elements - a spiral, built into the floor wine cellar, hidden doors in the study, hardwood floors and a new deck to maximise indoor / outdoor flow. It has been an absolute pleasure seeing this one come together and be able to express the vision of our client.
Working with this client was a pleasure, they wanted to respect the age of this home while incorporating modern elements. The subtle nods to the past - the hardwood floors, wooden joinery and intricate architraves - mixed with the hyper modern elements - the inbuilt spiral wine cellar, brass fixings in the kitchen and bathrooms and the moody paint in the living room - show just how well our client has achieved this.
