After exhausting all potential options of renovating and extending their existing bungalow to create the home they desired; our clients decided the best outcome would be to remove their existing bungalow and proceed with an architecturally designed new build by Fabricate Architects.
Looking at the house from the front, looks could be deceiving. It's actually quite expansive; it consists of 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 living areas. There is a walk through between the kitchen area and bedrooms which opens up completely to create a open decked area that flows out onto the front lawn. There is a sunken lounge room at the front of the house that has concrete stairs that were boxed up and poured in place by the team. It is an incredible home, which the owners are thoroughly enjoying living in. It’s a project that we are truly proud to be a part of.
