The Opportunity: The Glenstrae Residence was commissioned by homeowners ready to transition from their long-time family house to a home suitable for their next stage of life. Parsons Construction were engaged to bring this vision to life: a stunning hill-top home that reflects both lifestyle change and refined living, while offering beautiful form and function. The design intent was for this to be more than simply a house—it was to be a home framed for the future. The Challenge:  From a joinery standpoint,  achieving detailed craftsmanship—especially with timber feature elements, open plan living, and indoor-outdoor flow—this puts demands on joinery, finishes, materials and construction coordination. Ensuring the project met the high expectations of an architectural-housing specialist, while delivering on timeline, budget, and design quality. The Result:  Parsons Construction delivered a contemporary hill-top home with bespoke joinery and kitchen design that combine style and functionality. The kitchen features high-quality cabinetry, integrated appliances, and clever storage solutions, while timber finishes throughout the home—including feature walls, flooring, and custom joinery—highlight expert craftsmanship.
