Ground-floor apartment in St Heliers Bay featuring stunning views, light-filled spaces, and award-winning design, including a Highly Commended recognition in the 2023 TIDA New Zealand Home Awards.
A new development in Auckland’s St Heliers Bay, this ground-floor apartment was a joy to work on. Furthermore, it is a delight to be awarded a Highly Commended in the 2023 TIDA New Zealand Home Award for 2023.
With stunning views of the Waitematā and the surrounding gardens, it made sense to diffuse the apartment with light and reflective surfaces that bring the outside in. The covered loggia outdoor area is tiled, giving indoor/outdoor flow, coupled with easy care lawn and garden perfectly designed for one-level living and pet friendly. This St Heliers project was part of a larger five-level development incorporating whole four-floor apartments, including the spectacular Penthouse. The Powder Room from this St Heliers Apartment development was selected as the TIDA Powder Room of the Year 2023.
