Our client had stringent budget constraints and a clear directive to enhance the liveability of their recently acquired yet uninhabitable property. Opting for Resene Alabaster as the foundational hue and incorporating timber benchtops sourced from a kitchen found on Trade Me, we revamped the layout to harmonize with a fresh coat of paint, updated handles, a new cooktop, lighting fixtures, and tiles. By removing the ceiling beams in the dining room, the space began to take form, and the project seamlessly fell into place.

In the living room, we introduced furnishings that complemented the Resene Alabaster walls, creating welcoming atmosphere, that complemented some of their existing furniture The carefully selected lighting fixtures cast a warm glow, enhancing the overall ambiance and making the space feel larger and more inviting.

Throughout the renovation, we remained mindful of sustainability, choosing eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient appliances wherever possible. This not only aligned with Kat and Sam's values but also ensured that their home would be economical to maintain in the long term.
