Heritage Renovation

Heritage Renovation: A Masterclass in Blending Old and New Located in the heart of St Heliers, Auckland, New Zealand, this Heritage Renovation is a stunning example of contemporary elegance within a character heritage home. This interior renovation project for a family who loved their home and location blends modern luxury with the charm of a bygone era. The Designers at Young+Richards looked to maintain the essence of the original bungalow character to create unique and bespoke living spaces that exude sophistication and refinement. The master en-suite sanctuary is a true epitome of luxury, providing a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of a busy everyday life. Every element of this project has been meticulously curated to create truly unique living. From the carefully restored heritage features to the sleek, modern finishes, every detail of this project is a testament to the skill and expertise of the project team and the Clients commitment to the project vision. Photographed by David Straight, the project's stunning visuals showcase the attention to detail and craftsmanship that has gone into creating these exceptional spaces. Heritage renovation is a truly bespoke spatial design challenge where every element of old and new has to be carefully considered to create a tailored successful response to the brief. The designers visualized the home interior throughout in 3d in order to allow for this special project to come to fruition. Matisse kitchen and bathroom ware.
