Formerly an apple orchard, this property features a New Zealand Architecture award-winning home designed by Jon Craig. The sloping site facing northwest enjoys sweeping views of Waimea Inlet and displays work by contemporary sculptors from New Zealand.

Plants native to the area were used to help revive plant communities and are consistent with the patterns of drainage and the estuary edge of the site.
