ING is a global bank with a purpose to empower people to stay a step ahead in life and in business.

Siren Design was appointed by ING Bank to design an environment that would bring together all employees of ING Bank Singapore into one place that reflects ING Bank’s purpose and to reflect their innovative ‘Think Forward’ strategy.

The space was designed to facilitate agile as well as activity-based working, with a variety of work settings available for staff which facilitated focused work, informal and formal collaboration. The environment is connected via an internal staircase over the three floors at Guoco Tower in Singapore.

The trading floor, open cafe and conference facilities were all located centrally. Original artwork is also a prominent feature in the space, adding a layer of personalisation and inspiration for ING staff and its visitors.
