A combination of Architectural planning and Building excellence.

To bring the well set out plans to life on this architecturally designed 3 floor inner west block.

Taking 6 weeks to demolish the existing house and excavate the basement into rock, due to a horror run of weather it was a welcome sight to have the basement and garage slab poured. With concrete walls on the basement level supporting the first floor suspended slab it was 4.5 months into the project before the carpenters could finally get into the ground floor wall frames. The job moved rapidly from here and the finishes and eye for detail from the client gave this home such a classy look.

As mentioned above, the client knew exactly what they wanted and they put it all together perfectly. This combined with the strategic layout from the architect and a mix of both internal and external finishes is an interesting house all round. All rooms have their own unique style but still all feel like they’re comfortable in the home together.
