Incorporating solar passive design principles this home’s ambient living temperature creates a comfortable living atmosphere all year round. The home has been built for universal access in order to adapt to the client’s changing needs and has been designed to optimise airflow through its solar passive orientation. Where possible, bio-degradable and recyclable building products were also used and materials were sourced locally. Rating a total of 8.9 Stars this home displays strong and innovative energy efficiency techniques whilst also having a contemporary and luxurious feel that the owners and Nulook Homes are extremely proud of.
Nulook Homes took out the 2019 HIA Australian GreenSmart Custom Built Home award, the MBA 2019 Excellence in Energy Efficiency award and the MBA 2019 Best Waterwise Home award with its excellent quality and great attention to detail.
As a supplier of this award-winning project, Steel-Line Garage Doors WA proudly supplied and installed a custom insulated garage door. The door not only looks architecturally inspired but also provides insulation from the heat and cold.
