Synergy Development Group & Bayleys Realestate both approached Buildmedia in September 2018 to produce a full marketing package for their new unbuilt luxury apartment development Jervois & Lawrence.

Working closely with Leuschke Group Architects and Macintosh Harris, the Buildmedia team virtually recreated all aspects of the design including specific furniture and finishes.

Along with the traditional renderings, an apartment interior was virtually built within Realspace, allowing potential homebuyers to interactively walk through any room using a 50inch touchscreen.  

Not only does Realspace allow homebuyers to honestly explore all aspects of their future apartment, but it also allowed Bayleys Real Estate to have access to an unprecedented amount of cost-effective marketing collateral.
