A harmonious blend of modern architecture and landscape design, featuring expansive views, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and a refined material palette that enhances the natural beauty of the surroundings.
RMM's landscape plan for this property complemented the modern architecturally designed home. The result being a stunning setting for the owners to enjoy. The fantastic indoor-outdoor flow to the large entertaining areas provides the opportunity for flexible living with the outdoor fireplace and teppanyaki proving a hit.
The expansive views over the infinity pool lead your eye across Clearwater Golf Course and the Southern Alps beyond providing an exquisite outlook.
With a refined material palette of stone, timber, concrete and natural tiles the outdoor spaces blend seamlessly with this modern home. Two cleverly located water features provide vistas from indoors. A planting palette that is a blend of exotic and native species settle the house softly into its setting. Pleached and clipped hedges and the ethereal flowerheads of ornamental grasses combine to create a modern garden.
