This was a CBG design and build project - a tricky build on a smaller site with an adjoining party wall to the neighbouring property. Another SIP panel, MAXRaft slab combination with a Smartvent balanced ventilation system and double glazed thermally broken joinery with high-performing Low E-glass. This house had a blower door test to check its performance reaching .66ach @ 50pa which is very close to passive standards of .6ach @ 50pa.
