Designed by Stiles & Hooker, this project is a full scale renovation and essentially a new build as the slab and foundations are the only parts to remain. The site has a number of challenges which include a busy corner site with difficult access and a business trading through a major construction project. The build has been split into three stages at our suggestion in order to allow Kennards to operate with minimal disruption to their trade.
