L3/757 Ann Street by TACTIC
The Ann Street Speculative Suites project, designed by TACTIC in Brisbane’s CBD, uses EGGER products to balance aesthetics with functionality, enhancing the marketability of the office suites. The design maximises space and introduces natural light to foster productivity and well-being. TACTIC selected materials like EGGER’s Monument Grey and Natural Kendal Oak decors, building a warm, neutral palette with subtle accent colours. Collaboration between the client, design, and construction teams ensured a cohesive, contemporary look, aligned with both market expectations and tenant needs, creating a welcoming, functional workspace.
