Having seen the way our first build in Laguna Pl, Whangaparoa was going these clients approached us to see what could be done with their land. The big site overlooking the marina was an ideal place for the sprawling single level home that is under way. We worked closely with our architects to achieve the results of their dream while staying on budget. That team work and big picture view has continued on throughout the process of this beautiful home to be handed over this December. It is exciting to see execution bringing the plans to life with the stunning details and materials seeing this home coming together.
