This property is most close to my heart as it has been my home for three years. I hold many precious memories here that I will treasure forever. I designed this house with the intention of everything you want a home to embody – happiness, love, family, warmth and memories.

The first thing that stands out is the hot pink front door, a rare and unique feature which screams girly with an edgy twist. To me, your front door presents a significant opportunity to add personality as it sets the mood for your home and the people who live in it.

Inside, there are polished concrete floors to give an earthy, raw feel. There are also sharp black and white exteriors of stacked honed concrete blocks. The feature lighting throughout the living and dining room helps create a warm ambience, making it a visually dynamic space.

As you come around the corner, you will notice the high gloss kitchen which evokes a polished and clean look. The outdoor area is what you would call the entertainer’s dream and provides the perfect space for relaxing. It includes a built-in all black kitchen, fire and TV.

The bathrooms have dark grey hexagons on the floor. There are subway tiles from the floor to the ceiling which makes it a modern and sophisticated space that incorporates texture and a touch of glamour.

The first bedroom has black and white stripes on the ceiling and green doors. The second room has a beautiful wallpaper, and the third has triangles painted on the wall as a feature.

Last but not least, my little sanctuary has the most gorgeous floral wallpaper with gold and crystal pendants. As for the wardrobe, let us just say it is huge and is every girls’ dream… and we will leave it at that!
