A new initiative for Zepel is our collaboration with innovative project, Discover New. Presented in iconic Chadstone Shopping Centre that holds the reputation for being the fashion hub of Melbourne, Discover New adds an experimental element to this renowned space. Developed by New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NZTE), this eloquently curated retail experience features luxury NZ brands. This opportunity will allow visitors to explore and discover brands from global designers such as Kate Sylvester, Karen Walker, and emerging brands including Ashley & Co, Yu Mei, Meadowlark, Crywolf and Tailor Skincare.

Our best-selling sheer design, Allusion, has become the backdrop for this celebration of ingenuity and edgy design from New Zealand, cementing its influence globally. Architecture firm, Warren and Mahoney, and Dot Dot Dash are the visionaries for the interior design, fit out and furnishings in the retail space that perfectly complement Allusion. Our drapery has been reimagined with a more inventive presentation and has literally taken the form of a stage backdrop. Large rectangular sections of Allusion have been carefully cut and suspended from the ceiling in a step formation, gradually framing the garments that are displayed in front of them. Like the innovative fashion, lifestyle, beauty and homewares on offer in this transient and unique retail experience, our Allusion fabric has been given a new vision. This showcasing how drapery can be adapted to diverse design briefs and can hold a strong presence in a commercial/retail environment.
