ArchiPro Project Summary - Comprehensive redevelopment of Mahurangi College, featuring the remediation of five College Blocks, a new interactive Art Block, upgraded language and music facilities, and a rebuilt library designed for multi-purpose use, all while maintaining a live school environment.

This project involved remediation of 5 College Blocks, the complete demolition and rebuild of the new interactive Art Block, upgrade of the language and music facilities and rebuild of the library which was a focal point of the school and the wider community, to reflect its multi-purpose future use.

Critical planning was necessary to achieve this with consideration to the live environment the site presented as the construction sites were scattered throughout the College during the school year, including the exam times.
